Founding and ordinary members form the highest decision-making body of the foundation. They uphold the organization’s principles, provide strategic direction, and ensure that all activities remain aligned with the mission, vision, and core values.
The Board of Directors and Advisory Council consist of individuals who share a strong commitment to the foundation’s mission. They bring diverse professional expertise and experience, providing governance, strategic guidance, and oversight to ensure the organization operates effectively and sustainably.
The management team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the foundation. It includes full-time and part-time staff, as well as volunteers and interns, all working collaboratively to implement programs, manage resources, and deliver impact at the community level.
